THE FOLLOWING IS FOR OUR INDEPENDENT ROOF INSPECTION SERVICE ONLY.  THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO INSURANCE CLAIM INPSECTIONS.


STEP 1 - SCHEDULE THE INSPECTION & DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS

STEP 2 - COMPLETE THE INSPECTION

You do not need to be home during our inspection.  Please ensure that fence gates are unlocked and that there are no loose animals in the yard that will prevent a full and safe inspection of your property.  You may point out specific issues, but it is our preference to allow our inspectors to complete their inspection alone.  

Meeting with Others
We will not meet with any other party (i.e. contractor, public adjuster, insurance adjuster), nor will we discuss your case with anyone else.  You are welcome to provide our inspectors with reports/documents from other parties via email or at the time of inspection.

STEP 3 - PAY FOR THE INSPECTION 

Provide payment either via cash, check, or Zelle.

STEP 4 - RECEIVE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

We will email you the requested documents in 1-3 business days after the inspection.
