Reed Claims, Inc. provides independent claims adjusting for residential insurance claims.  Our adjusters all have 10+ years of handling dwelling damage claims.  We will address all necessary aspects of each claim to ensure that our clients receive all pertinent information, including cause of loss, date of loss, subrogation potential, resulting damage evaluation, and more.

SERVICE RATES
Please contact us to discuss service rates. We have a simple fee schedule with one fixed cost that includes most services required on a homeowner’s claim. We do not charge added costs for back-office fees, fax and phone fees, administration fees, or photograph fees. The only additional charge to our fee schedule is for mileage when the claim is greater than 50 miles from Littleton, CO. 

STRUCTURAL DAMAGE EVALUATION

  • Identify all resulting structural damages and note pre-existing issues
  • Cause and origin of loss investigation
  • Provide detailed photographs of the cause and origin, and of the resulting damage
  • Accurately diagram all affected areas
  • Estimate all claim-related damage using Xactimate 
  • Apply depreciation, deductibles, and coverage limitations/exclusions
  • Date of loss research for weather-related claims
  • Provide reserve recommendations
  • Monitor emergency services and mitigation contractors

CONTENT CLAIM SERVICES

  • Document claim-related damage to affected personal property
  • Instruct insureds on how to complete accurate inventory forms
  • Price verification
  • Work with mitigation contractor to create action plan to deal with contents

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The independent adjuster is often the only person an insured meets during their claim.  It is our goal to contact insureds quickly, review their claim in detail, and set the right expectations.  We will respond to the insured's questions in a timely manner, and provide them with the information they need to settle their claim.
